In this session, you’ll explore how behaviour is a form of communication—and how connection, safety, and empathy can transform your approach. This workshop is packed with practical strategies, meaningful reflection, and tools to strengthen your responsive, relationship-based practice.
Participants will:
- Reflect on behaviour as communication
- Learn connection-based, responsive strategies
- Practice co-regulation tools
- Reframe traditional behaviour “management”
- Leave with one relationship-focused action plan
