What if we stopped asking “How do I stop this behaviour?” and started asking “What is this child seeking?”


In this session, you’ll explore how behaviour is a form of communication—and how connection, safety, and empathy can transform your approach. This workshop is packed with practical strategies, meaningful reflection, and tools to strengthen your responsive, relationship-based practice.


Participants will:

  • Reflect on behaviour as communication
  • Learn connection-based, responsive strategies
  • Practice co-regulation tools
  • Reframe traditional behaviour “management”
  • Leave with one relationship-focused action plan
