Description
This 12-part self-study series is designed for leaders in licensed Alberta programs. It introduces the concept of pedagogical leadership and includes reflections, small group discussions, and insights from Alberta program leaders. The goal is to support leaders in exploring and integrating pedagogical leadership into their practice over time.
Delivery Details
All sessions are hosted online via ZOOM
Participants must have a device connected to the internet with a working camera
Educators registered for daytime groups must be out of ratio to attend - educators who attend while in ratio will be asked to withdraw

LTPL is delivered over twelve (12) weeks, one introduction module, six modules, bi-weekly conversations, four learner triad conversations, and one small group conversation to present the leader's professional learning plan (PLP). This learning series is to be attended as a complete series and is not available by individual session topics.

Week Twelve - Small Group Presentations of Professional Learning Plans (PLP)
Facilitators and Moderators do not attend the Learner Triads. Triads are opportunities to engage in conversation with other program leaders in small groups.
