Description
This offering is designed to support educators with tools to grow in their child care practice while fostering their own personal development. Throughout the session, participants will explore the five core traits that every Educator needs to thrive in the rewarding yet challenging journey of supporting children and families. These traits, Calm, Confident, Curious, Courageous, and Congratulating serve as the foundation for a positive, impactful, and a holistic approach to serving children and families in the early years.
