By using Learning Stories as a means of gathering children’s thoughts and learning, educators can support meaning-making moments through regular review of the gathered information. "Documentation invites teachers to carefully and deliberately gather the children's stories and their own; to offer expansive opportunities for expression of those stories; to follow the tracks children leave, and to present those stories of learning in more public ways” (Innacci & Whitty, 2009).
