*In Person Calgary* Outdoor Play Train The Trainer

Description

Grounded in research on outdoor play's role in children's mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual development, this workshop helps educators build relevant programming and speak confidently with families about its value. Using the Flight framework, we'll explore the image of the child outdoors and holistic, play-based goals, alongside a pedagogical shift toward relationship and attentiveness to the Land. Educators will leave with the head, heart, and hands leadership skills to champion outdoor play within their programs.
