Description

This workshop is designed to support educators with practical tools to grow in their child care practice while fostering their own personal development. Throughout the session, participants will explore the five core traits every educator needs to thrive in the rewarding yet challenging journey of supporting children and families: Calm, Confident, Curious, Courageous, and Congratulating. These traits form the foundation for a positive, impactful, and holistic approach to serving children and families in the early years.

Created by Princeton Grant, this is a special one-time opportunity to experience the workshop directly from its original creator, offering unique insight and depth to your professional learning journey.
