Le bien-être des éducateur.rice.s de la petite enfance en milieu francophone minoritaire Prendre soin de soi pour mieux soutenir les enfants, les familles et sa communauté. Cette série d’apprentissage de 3 sessions invite les éducateur.rice.s de la petite enfance à explorer les différentes dimensions du bien-être personnel et professionnel dans un contexte francophone minoritaire. À travers des réflexions, des échanges et des activités pratiques, les participant.e.s examineront les facteurs qui influencent leur bien-être, reconnaîtront les défis particuliers liés à leur contexte de travail et découvriront des stratégies concrètes pour favoriser leur équilibre, leur résilience et leur sentiment d’efficacité. La série met également l’accent sur les responsabilités individuelles, collectives et organisationnelles qui contribuent à créer des milieux de travail sains, soutenants et valorisants. Les participant.e.s pourront : mieux comprendre les différentes dimensions du bien-être personnel et professionnel; reconnaître les facteurs qui soutiennent ou fragilisent leur bien-être au travail; mieux comprendre l’influence du contexte francophone minoritaire sur leur expérience professionnelle; identifier leurs propres besoins, limites, forces et facteurs de protection; découvrir des stratégies individuelles et collectives favorisant le bien-être; renforcer leur résilience, leur sentiment d’efficacité personnelle et leur pouvoir d’agir; élaborer un plan personnel comprenant des actions concrètes et réalistes pour soutenir leur bien-être au quotidien.

Time

This is three separate sessions: Tuesday, August 25, September 1 and September 8 each night from 6:30PM- 8:30PM
